DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Experience Years of Experience - 3 - Years of steady work history related to maintenance. Must have knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, construction, tooling, and automotive. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English. Basic Computer Skills Good Interpersonal, Oral and Written Communication Skills Ability to use the Computer, properly Communicate and Problem Solving ability Valid Driver License Verified through CA DMV SAFETY EXPECTATIONS Be responsible for safety awareness in all jobs to help eliminate injuries to yourself and your team members. Learn and follow all safety requirements. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. Constantly check for safety hazards and ensure problems are rectified promptly. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Pay & Benefits For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $18.75 to $22.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 40 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
