Order Entry Editor

KI is looking for an Order Entry Editor to join our OEI team! You will provide quality order entry in a timely fashion for the OEI Department to help ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders to computerized order system.
• Maintain order entry paperwork files.
• Back check orders on a daily basis.
• Maintain and update customer-pricing requirements.
• Maintain and update OEI cross-reference file.
• Process bill only and post ship orders.
• Check confirms against original order.
• Proofread and edit customer purchase orders before entering.

What you Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of experience in order management, customer service or a related administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with ERP systems, such as BPCS, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
