With deep expertise in Medicare Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) assessments and Medicare Bad Debt quantification, they ensure accurate reporting of uncompensated care and bad debt. Leveraging advanced analytics, proprietary tools, and decades of regulatory insight, the team helps healthcare organizations stay compliant while maximizing financial performance. What You Will Do: Provide strategic oversight of Medicare Worksheet S-10 engagements, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives. Lead high-impact consulting projects, including supplemental payment support, cost report optimization, and audit defense. Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital executives and finance leaders, translating complex regulatory changes into actionable financial strategies. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, managing project delivery, staff development, and quality assurance across multiple client engagements. Drive thought leadership by monitoring CMS policy developments and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and client education initiatives. Collaborate with partners and directors to expand service offerings, support business development, and strengthen client relationships. Optimize current Medicare Worksheet S-10 processes and procedures to maximize efficiency using existing technologies while exploring outside-the-box tools and ideas.
