Marketing Manager - Earned Media

Our client - a major retailer based in Framingham, MA - is looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in earned media and PR to join their team.

• TITLE: Marketing Manager - Earned Media (Mid-Level)
• DURATION: 6 months with the potential to extend
• LOCATION: On-site in Framingham, MA on Tuesday and Wednesday; remote Monday, Thursday, and Friday
• HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week (could flex down to 30 hours per week if candidates prefer to work part-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead earned media strategy and programming across brand and product initiatives

• Drive communications planning and activation for product placement opportunities and brand campaigns

• Serve as primary lead for purpose and cause-related programming

• Partner with agencies to identify, develop, and execute earned media opportunities

• Manage stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, communications, and agency teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public relations or earned media strategy

• Background in retail or consumer brands is preferred
