Aquent, a leading talent solutions partner, is excited to collaborate with a globally recognized technology leader dedicated to shaping the future of digital experiences. This organization is at the forefront of innovation, impacting millions of users worldwide through its cutting-edge products and services. Joining this dynamic team means contributing to a mission-driven environment where creativity, data-driven decisions, and user-centricity are paramount.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join a pivotal team focused on enhancing user engagement and retention. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming high-level strategies into tangible, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with users at every stage of their journey. Your expertise will directly drive sustainable user retention, maximize customer lifetime value, and ensure a seamless experience from initial onboarding to advanced feature adoption and subscription conversions. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale, directly influencing how users interact with and benefit from innovative digital products.

Your Impact

As a key contributor, you will be at the heart of global lifecycle marketing, CRM, and user engagement initiatives. This execution-focused role (approximately 70-80% tactical delivery) involves translating strategic visions into impactful, multi-channel campaigns. You will navigate the entire user funnel, from initial onboarding to re-engaging dormant users and converting active users to premium subscriptions, ultimately driving sustained user retention and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring timely and effective delivery of critical marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and execute global lifecycle campaigns across owned channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-app promotions.
  • Implement tactical campaigns designed to reduce churn, reactivate lapsed or dormant users, and nurture users toward higher-tier features and premium subscriptions.
  • Set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests, define cohort segments, evaluate incrementality, and meticulously analyze campaign and retention metrics.
  • Present comprehensive performance readouts and data-backed recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver essential lifecycle communications and onboarding journeys for ongoing feature rollouts and product launches.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and GTM leads to ensure the technical feasibility and timely implementation of campaign triggers.
  • Coordinate day-to-day production, asset localization, and quality assurance workflows with external agency partners, without responsibility for vendor contracts or budget management.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of direct experience (8-10 years acceptable) in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated background in executing high-volume lifecycle campaigns for large consumer-facing applications or major global consumer brands.
  • Deep functional knowledge of lifecycle marketing fundamentals, user journey mapping, cohort retention, and CRM methodologies.
  • Proven hands-on capability in setting up experiments, interpreting cohort analytics, and reporting performance results using BI dashboards, internal analytics tools, or modern AI analysis tools.
  • High execution capability with a track record of independently translating broad retention and growth strategies into live campaigns.
