Partnering with Aquent opens the door to shaping digital experiences on a global scale. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our client's team-a global technology pioneer dedicated to making technology accessible to everyone. In this role, you will have a direct, lasting impact on digital inclusivity, ensuring that products are usable, compliant, and welcoming for millions of users worldwide. By bridging the gap between engineering, operations, and leadership, you will champion accessibility standards and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

The Opportunity

In this critical role, you will step in to own and drive the end-to-end accessibility rating and reporting processes. Acting as the vital operational link, you will coordinate between accessibility testers, a dedicated engineering team, and leadership to keep critical projects on track. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your program management expertise to lead high-volume operations, implement remediation plans, and utilize cutting-edge AI tools to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end accessibility rating and reporting processes, setting annual targets and coordinating measurement cadences with global teams.
  • Monitor, manage, and drive regulatory testing activities currently in progress.
  • Serve as the primary operational connector, triaging and tracking approximately 18 accessibility test requests and releases per week.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between testing teams, engineering teams, and leadership.
  • Provide strategic remediation and correction plans if operational metrics fall off track, focusing on execution monitoring.
  • Integrate and adapt generative AI and LLM-based tools to automate and streamline program management workflows.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners handling technical automation and QA processes.

What You Bring (Required)

  • 5 to 15 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of independent, end-to-end ownership of large-scale programs.
  • Strong operational program management experience, particularly in environments managing high volumes of requests or product releases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with manual and regression testing methodologies within large-scale digital environments.
  • Proficiency with standard enterprise workspace, collaboration, and bug-tracking tools.
  • Experience utilizing LLM-based AI tools to automate workflows, review outputs, or optimize processes.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional early or late meetings to align with a globally distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Direct experience in the accessibility domain, including enterprise accessibility programs or regulatory testing standards.
  • Prior experience collaborating with major technology consulting firms or internal accessibility initiatives.
