General Office Clerk II

Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.80 per hour

Purpose:

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for Live Operations and Maintenance department to run smoothly in the day-to-day operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create requisitions and purchase orders, review and file invoices, and check status of orders. Order chemical supplies from suppliers. Order safety supplies (PPE and food safety equipment, etc.) from suppliers.
• Provide responses to corporate or vendor requests regarding material ordering, SAP master data, and parked POs. Required to archive and maintain accurate records for all non-ingredient purchases. Communicate with plant personnel to ensure requisitions and lead times are accurate.
• Assist Manager with major maintenance project orders & requests and capital request orders.
• Assist with timecard allocations, cost detail reports, maintenance call logs and call outs, rental equipment orders and tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma required (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years administrative or clerical experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office; strong understanding of SAP preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work with spreadsheets, specifically databases, pivot tables and other analytical tools.
