We're not interested in candidates whose primary experience is in hotels, food delivery drivers, line cooks, or other related roles, as those backgrounds have not aligned with the hiring manager's needs.Work ScheduleMonday through SaturdayOff on Sunday and one additional day during the weekEmployees must be present and ready for the daily stand-up meeting by 8:55 AMShift end times vary based on production demands, typically between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but may end earlier when production goals are metWork EnvironmentRefrigerated production room maintained at approximately 37FEmployees will work in a fast-paced food production settingSteel-toe boots are required on Day 1Essential Job DutiesProduction Associates may rotate among the following duties:Preparing fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and processing equipmentOperating or assisting with food preparation machineryLifting and transferring finished product containers for drying and processingFeeding finished products into sealing and packaging equipmentSealing, labeling, packing, and preparing products for shipmentMaintaining staging areas and raw product storage locationsRemoving empty boxes, waste, and other materials to ensure a clean and safe workspaceFollowing all food safety, quality, and workplace safety proceduresReporting accidents, hazards, or incidents to management immediatelyAssisting with additional production tasks as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing environmentsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyDependable with good attendance and communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and standard operating proceduresWillingness to work in a cold environment for extended periodsAbility to become certified to operate industrial equipment as requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materialsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsFrequent gripping, cutting, and repetitive hand motions while handling produceAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standardsComfortable working in refrigerated temperatures for long periods Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Onboarding Package M1Shift Details 1st / DayTime Type Full timePosition is offered by a no fee agency. | |
