Description Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Buffalo, NY Employment Type: Direct Hire Industry: Logistics & Supply chain Compensation: 65-85,000K Schedule: Monday-Friday, 45-50 hours a week About the Opportunity: The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and fulfillment operations, including intake processing, inventory management, auction operations, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, wholesale fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination. This role provides leadership to operational team leads, drives process improvement initiatives, ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safety and compliance standards, and supports the achievement of company operational and financial goals. What You'll Do: Lead all warehouse operations, including intake, auction activities, inventory management, DTC and wholesale fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. Manage departmental team leads, staffing, labor scheduling, employee performance, coaching, training, and development. Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, reconciliations, product quality, and inventory control processes. Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics, identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and workflow. Ensure cross-departmental coordination, consistent operational procedures, and timely resolution of operational challenges. Maintain warehouse safety, organization, equipment standards, and OSHA compliance through regular inspections and incident management. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred. Experience leading warehouse teams and operational processes. Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or WMS systems.
