Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Brook Park, OH Pay Rate: $37.94 per hour Schedule: Fully onsite Bring your maintenance leadership experience to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled maintenance personnel, improve equipment reliability, and keep production systems operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team development experience. Job Duties Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and assigned personnel Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, projects, and production support Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs to minimize equipment downtime Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and records Promote safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures Partner with production, engineering, safety, and facilities teams to improve equipment reliability Track maintenance performance and identify recurring equipment issues Manage maintenance tools, materials, contractors, and service providers Support audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing and supervisory experience required Strong problem-solving, analytical, data analysis, and team-building skills Experience with preventive maintenance and machine operations Microsoft Office proficiency Associate or bachelor's degree preferred UAW manufacturing environment experience preferred Automation experience preferred Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now Ready to lead a maintenance team and make a measurable impact on equipment performance?
