Instrumentation and Controls Field Superintendent

Project Duration: 1.5-2 Years

Per Diem: $160/day

Seeking an experienced I&C Field Superintendent to lead instrumentation and controls construction activities on a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Childress, TX. This role will oversee field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure project execution meets safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

  Lead field teams and oversee multiple subcontractors and craft personnel.

  Coordinate daily construction activities, scheduling, and project execution.

  Manage project schedules using Primavera P6.

  
  
• 
  

  Handle RFIs, submittals, field reports, and extensive project documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Utilize Procore or Bluebeam for construction management and documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee QA/QC, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance.

  
  
• 
  

  Resolve field issues and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades.

  
  

• 
  

  10+ years of Instrumentation & Controls construction experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Proven experience leading field teams and managing subcontractors.

  
  
• 
  

  Must have Primavera P6 experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Must have Procore or Bluebeam experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, and detailed construction documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience on large industrial, high-tech, or data center construction projects preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  OSHA 30 certification.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
