Day Shift (8, 10 and 12-hour Shifts)

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company procedures
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper machine operation
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety protocols
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ability to read work instructions, production orders, or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or CNC machinery
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
• Background in manufacturing environments similar to companies like 3M, Polaris, or Donaldson
• Some areas may require programming and set-up experience

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
