Job Duties Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Perform routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal Clean windows and assist with conference room and event setups Operate custodial equipment, power tools, and housekeeping machinery safely Maintain custodial closets, storage areas, and cleaning supplies Perform minor repairs and furniture assembly as needed Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns Follow proper chemical handling and storage procedures Complete preventative maintenance on custodial equipment Follow all safety guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Experience Requirements Entry-level opportunity, no prior custodial experience required Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace policies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies Ability to pass required criminal background screening Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
