As an NDT Operator I, you will use X-ray inspection equipment to help ensure aerospace components meet strict quality and safety standards. This role offers hands-on technical experience and opportunities for advancement in the growing field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Responsibilities Perform X-ray inspections on aerospace castings and components Identify defects and verify conformance to quality specifications Operate testing and measuring equipment Complete inspection records and production documentation Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production and inspection activities as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered) Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to train for and obtain Level 1 NDT certification Must pass a visual acuity examination Preferred Qualifications Casting, foundry, aerospace, machining, or quality inspection experience Experience using measuring instruments or reading work instructions Why Join Us?
