  • Serving as a central point of contact, fostering collaboration among internal teams, general contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Supporting project managers through all critical phases of construction, from detailed planning and startup tasks to thorough closeout procedures.
  • Facilitating efficient procurement processes by collecting quotes, entering them into the purchasing system, and processing purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor agreements.
  • Reconciling project budgets and tracking commitments, invoices, expenditures, and contractor pay applications to ensure complete financial accuracy.
  • Maintaining meticulously organized electronic project files, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating the collection and review of vendor insurance certificates and supporting documentation to verify full compliance.
  • Reviewing and documenting change orders, preparing financial reports, and monitoring project costs to proactively address budget concerns.
  • Tracking critical project milestones, key deliverables, and long-lead procurement schedules.
  • Managing punch list tracking, collecting comprehensive closeout documentation (as-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals), and facilitating smooth project turnover to operational teams.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procurement standards, and audit requirements.
