Description
At Findorff, we bring expertise and value in construction that extends far beyond building. Since 1890, we've grown from humble beginnings into a trusted construction partner - driven by strong relationships, a dedication to safety, quality, and craftsmanship, and commitment to the communities we serve. What We Are Looking For
The Project The project includes an 8-story residential building with a partial wrap of a 9-story parking structure, totaling over 1M sf of student housing. The new build will consist of 404 units and 1,546 bedrooms. The property will feature a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and basketball court as amenities. The first phase of the project broke ground in early 2026 and is completing the summer of 2028 with the second phase completing in the summer of 2029. What You'll Do As a Project Engineer at Findorff, you'll gain hands-on experience across every phase of construction from preconstruction through project closeout. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams while building the technical, financial, and leadership skills needed to grow into a future role in Project Management, Field Operations, or Preconstruction.
