The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Product Line Management, Sales, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Global Marketing and Creative Services to ensure product messaging, documentation, and marketing assets accurately communicate product value while aligning with company brand standards.

This role focuses on product marketing execution, including product content management, sales enablement, social and digital content, and marketing collateral development. The successful candidate will combine strong execution and follow-through with creativity, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects, taking direction and gathering input from multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and translating technical information and diverse perspectives into clear, effective marketing deliverables. Success requires adaptability, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and the ability to build strong working relationships in a highly collaborative environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop product-focused marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, product summaries, technical bulletins, and other tools that support sales and distributor education.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging that communicates product benefits and differentiators.
  • Maintain and update product documentation including Instructions for Use (IFUs), manuals, labeling, and related materials in coordination with R&D and Quality/Regulatory teams.
  • Upload and maintain product documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure marketing content reflects approved product information.
  • Maintain accurate product information and content across digital platforms including the company website, social media channels, intranet, and CRM systems.
  • Develop product packaging concepts and layouts, ensuring alignment with product messaging and corporate brand standards.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate revisions with Creative Services, vendors, and printers as needed.
  • Coordinate multiple product marketing projects from concept through completion, working with internal teams, shared-service partners, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Track and organize product marketing collateral and digital assets to ensure availability and consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Creative Services as the primary creative partners to ensure materials align with brand standards and communication guidelines, while creating or adapting quick-turn materials when shared-service capacity or timelines require it.
  • Support preparation of product-related materials used in tradeshows, sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Line Management, Sales, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, and Global Marketing to gather input, align priorities, and translate product strategies into effective marketing assets and customer communications.
  • Support systematic competitive benchmarking, market monitoring, and research by gathering and organizing information that informs product marketing decisions.
  • Support tracking of marketing budgets, project spending, and performance metrics to help measure results and inform planning.
