Aquent is proud to partner with a rapidly growing agency practice that is revolutionizing performance marketing for a diverse portfolio of clients. This innovative team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and fostering a collaborative environment where expertise drives tangible business impact. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to step into a pivotal role, immediately taking ownership of critical performance advertising initiatives for a high-volume Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) e-commerce brand as it navigates its crucial peak holiday season. Your hands-on expertise will directly influence campaign success, client satisfaction, and the strategic growth of this dynamic agency division.

This is a temp-to-perm role, expected to convert to a salaried position in Q1 2027. The target annual salary range upon conversion is $95,000 - $100,000.

About the Opportunity

This is an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and high-growth agency environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the success of key client accounts, particularly within the CPG food and beverage e-commerce sector, driving performance marketing initiatives that directly contribute to significant revenue growth. This role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and directly contribute to the expansion of a new agency division, working alongside a talented team and directly influencing client outcomes during their most critical periods. If you thrive on challenge, possess a deep understanding of paid social dynamics, and are eager to drive substantial results, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end management of full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, and LinkedIn, from meticulous build-out to continuous optimization.
  • Steer performance marketing strategies for an active CPG food and beverage e-commerce client, expertly managing and scaling campaigns through seasonal holiday traffic surges and high order volumes.
  • Maintain direct "hands-on-keyboard" control within ad managers, independently executing bid adjustments, budget pacing, audience segmentation, and placement optimizations to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Prepare for and confidently lead client-facing calls, translating complex raw campaign data and performance metrics into compelling, executive-level business narratives and actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, seamlessly onboarding new clients and scaling campaigns from inception to sustained growth.
  • Partner with and mentor mid-level campaign managers, elevating team execution standards, conducting thorough account audits, and upskilling peers on advanced platform tactics and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire technical campaign infrastructure, including Meta Pixel setup, Pinterest Tag integration, Conversions API (CAPI) health, and precise UTM tracking parameters.
  • Monitor attribution modeling and cross-platform reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and various third-party attribution dashboards to ensure accurate ROAS and CPA measurement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal account leads, project managers, and creative teams to brief performance-driven ad creative, proactively identify asset fatigue, and execute iterative testing frameworks.
  • Take full ownership of problem identification and troubleshooting across all aspects of ad delivery, inventory constraints, policy compliance, and conversion drop-offs, providing swift and effective solutions.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong background in an advertising agency environment.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Business Manager, coupled with working proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proven track record driving performance and revenue for e-commerce brands, with specific, impactful experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food & Beverage sector.
  • Direct experience managing high-pressure, seasonal retail rushes and large ad budgets, particularly during fourth-quarter holiday buying periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently without delegating to junior media buyers, remaining directly responsible for day-to-day tactical execution and analysis.
  • Proven experience presenting to external clients, running effective campaign check-ins, confidently answering technical questions on the fly, and conveying strategic value.
  • A high degree of initiative, proactivity, and curiosity, with the confidence to voice recommendations, identify operational bottlenecks, and actively contribute to building a new agency division.
  • Proficiency with ad tech implementation, web analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, catalog feed management, and full-funnel attribution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing third-party e-commerce attribution and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Looker Studio.
  • Formal platform credentials, such as Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or Pinterest Ads Certification.
  • Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), account audit frameworks, or creative testing playbooks within a growing paid media team.
