Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Team Lead to help support employees, strengthen communication, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with employees and onsite leadership, helping new hires get started, supporting your team throughout the shift, and creating a positive workplace experience.

Job Duties

• Welcome new hires and provide facility tours and onsite guidance.
• Assist with onboarding and hands-on training.
• Serve as a communication link between Spanish-speaking associates, Staffmark, supervisors, and onsite leadership.
• Check in with employees throughout their shifts and help address questions or concerns.
• Monitor attendance and communicate staffing needs or concerns.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and employee recognition.
• Help strengthen associate engagement and retention.
• Support PPE requirements and workplace safety procedures.
• Attend shift-start meetings and communicate operational updates.
• Build positive relationships with associates and onsite leadership.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Friendly, organized, outgoing.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Great with people!

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
