Now hiring for a Class A Doubles Driver Location: Lancaster, TX Pay Rate: $27.00/Hour + $50 Daily Per Diem + $125 Layover Pay Schedule: 9:00 PM Dispatch Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday Dependable Drivers: New Direction, New Possibilities. Looking for Class A Doubles Driver jobs in Lancaster where every mile matters? This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving. Your Class A license opens the door - we make it worth walking through. What You'll Do Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on a regional route between Fort Worth and El Paso. Pull doubles consisting of 28-foot pup trailers. Safely couple and uncouple trailers using a converter dolly. Transport automotive parts using no-touch freight operations. Complete drop-and-hook deliveries efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate logs and DOT documentation. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent CDL-A driving experience required. Previous doubles experience preferred. Doubles endorsement required. Experience with drop-and-hook operations preferred. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures. Dependable, professional, and safety-focused mindset. Driving Requirements Valid CDL-A license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required. Clean MVR. No more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years. No DUI, reckless driving, or serious driving violations within the past 5 years. Must be at least 22 years old. Physical Capabilities Ability to safely couple and uncouple 28-foot pup trailers using a converter dolly. Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Ability to enter and exit equipment safely throughout the shift. No freight handling or unloading required.
