Ability to learn and use warehouse technology, including D365 and other required software systems. Willingness to complete Fork Truck and Order Picker certification training. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred. Experience using RF scan guns, forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a plus. Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock replenishment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance record and willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions. Availability to work overtime as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and safety vest. Ability to safely load and unload products from trucks and warehouse storage locations. Job Duties Pick, pack, and process domestic customer orders using RF scan gun technology. Prepare shipping paperwork and documentation while ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Receive, move, replenish, and stock materials while following inventory rotation procedures. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives. Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials. Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety goals.
