What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models and dashboards using advanced planning tools to empower critical planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with finance and technology teams throughout a significant ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration and robust connectivity between financial planning and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement resilient solutions that guarantee business continuity and facilitate a smooth, efficient transition between existing and future-state financial systems.
• Partner effectively with Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams on high-impact special projects, addressing critical reporting needs and responding to ad hoc requests with agility.
• Lead comprehensive testing activities for financial planning systems, meticulously tracking progress, proactively identifying potential issues, and clearly communicating any delays to key stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough functional testing of ERP capabilities specifically related to financial reporting and systems, guaranteeing accuracy, reliability, and full alignment with business requirements.
• Clearly communicate vital system enhancements, process changes, and implementation updates to finance stakeholders, fostering successful adoption and deep understanding across teams.
• Proactively identify and champion opportunities to streamline financial processes, significantly improve reporting efficiency, and strengthen integration across all finance systems, driving operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification.
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Extensive experience working with SAP ERP systems, including deep understanding of financial processes, reporting, or systems implementation.
• Strong foundational understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting critical finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, systems integration projects, or related large-scale programs.
• Ability to perform detailed functional testing, adeptly troubleshoot complex issues, and thoroughly validate financial system functionality.
• Strong analytical acumen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and superior organizational skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse finance and technology teams.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation projects and adeptly managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on process improvement, ensuring accuracy, and driving operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in finance-related implementations or system transitions.
• Proven experience connecting planning models directly with enterprise financial reporting systems.
• A background supporting financial reporting and consolidation teams during major systems transformations.
• Experience with change management methodologies, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, or finance systems adoption initiatives.
