The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.

What You'll Do

  • Coil, wrap, bundle, and store electrical, audio, and video cables neatly and correctly.
  • Prepare, organize, and stage equipment for upcoming events, productions, and customer orders.
  • Handle equipment cases, lighting fixtures, staging components, truss, rigging materials, and production supplies.
  • Assist with packing, loading, and unloading equipment for outgoing shipments and incoming returns.
  • Store equipment safely on shelves, racks, pallets, and in designated locations.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory organization and efficient warehouse space.
  • Operate pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Follow safety procedures to protect equipment, coworkers, and the work environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet deadlines and keep equipment moving.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse, material handling, general labor, or equipment-handling experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to safely handle equipment, cases, cables, and other materials.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Willingness to learn equipment handling, cable management, and warehouse procedures.

Experience That Will Make You Stand Out

Experience in any of the following environments is a plus:

  • Audio-visual (AV) equipment rental
  • Concerts, live events, and entertainment production
  • Lighting, staging, rigging, or event equipment
  • Film, television, or broadcast equipment
  • Equipment rental, shipping, receiving, or distribution

Experience coiling cables, organizing road cases, operating forklifts, or using electric pallet jacks is also beneficial. Forklift operation should be limited to candidates who meet the client's training and authorization requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies according to established job requirements.
  • Ability to repeatedly handle and organize cables, cases, and production materials.
  • Ability to work safely in a physically active warehouse environment.
