Let's Get Things Packed! Staffmark is hiring Packaging & Kitting Associates in Van Nuys! In this role, you'll assemble kits, package products, and ensure materials are organized and ready for the next stage of production or shipment. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help keep production running smoothly and ensure every order is complete and properly prepared. What You'll Do Gather and organize parts, components, and materials according to job instructions. Assemble kits by matching the correct components, quantities, and materials. Package, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production. Label and identify products, kits, and packages accurately. Inspect components and finished packages for visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies. Keep materials organized and maintain a clean, safe work area. Follow packaging instructions, quality standards, and established work procedures. Work with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational skills and a consistent, reliable work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Previous packaging, kitting, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a hands-on production environment.
