  • Check, clean, troubleshoot, and repair hearing aids, earmolds, and other amplification devices.

  • Operate audiometric equipment, interpret results, and explain findings and treatment recommendations in ways patients can easily understand.

  • Counsel patients on hearing aids, accessories, and payment options, maintaining current knowledge of third-party payors and applicable federal and state requirements.

  • Partner with your Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) and Manager to grow your patient population and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical and financial goals.

  • Build community connections through local outreach, health fairs, and physician relationships, representing HearingLife's commitment to helping more people hear better.

  • Support telehealth and Remote Care services, including hearing evaluations and patient coaching, as permitted by your licensure and applicable requirements.

  • Maintain required licensure and continuing education.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Work with a team that lives its values: We Create Trust, We Are Team Players, We Apply a Can-Do Attitude, and We Create Innovative Solutions.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • An active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license that meets applicable state requirements.

  • At least two years of hearing aid sales experience or two years of equivalent industry training under a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist.
