Remote Global Hybrid Account Executive - EST

About the Position

As an Account Executive for Global Hybrid accounts at Lenovo, you will drive growth working with Acquisition, Development and Retention accounts with primary focus on acquisition and development growth.

In this role you will be representing product portfolio's for both our IDG and ISG businesses. IDG (Intelligent Device Group) - The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) - Lenovo's ISG is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.

This position is remote with EST business hours and has a 30% traveling expectation.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional sales, channel sales, account management, or business development experience with a Bachelor's Degree; OR
* 7+ years of professional sales, channel sales, account management, or business development experience with a GED/High School Diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

* 7+ yrs of Proven success managing strategic reseller, distributor, or channel partner relationships.
* Strong business planning, account management, and partner development expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, share expansion, and profitability within assigned accounts.
* Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior partner stakeholders.
* Highly developed consultative selling, acquisition selling, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to plan strategically, grow share of wallet, and improve partner profitability.
* Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Executive-level presentation capabilities across Lenovo's hardware, services, solutions, and partner programs.
* Self-confident, proactive, highly organized, and driven to exceed performance objectives.
