What You'll Do:
- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of complex enterprise applications and technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, project oversight, and mentorship to development teams while coordinating project activities and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, operations teams, and technology partners to define requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, project estimates, testing strategies, and architecture artifacts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend process improvements, and ensure applications meet performance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 8 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience recommending and implementing system solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI Application Development: Prompt engineering, Agentic workflow.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software engineering excellence (coding, testing, CI/CD, APIs, cloud).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Architecture and systems thinking (design, integration, governance, security).

- Associates Degree.
- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong lateral thinking skills.
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
