Aquent is partnering with a leading national retail brand that deeply understands its customers and is dedicated to delivering exceptional value and memorable experiences. This brand leverages innovative digital strategies to connect with a vast audience, driving engagement and loyalty in a competitive market. Join a team where your organizational prowess directly contributes to these impactful customer interactions, especially during the most critical times of the year.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to be at the heart of dynamic digital marketing operations? We are seeking a pivotal individual to join our client's CRM team, where you will play a crucial role in bringing their email and app marketing campaigns to life. You won't just manage tasks; you'll be the central force ensuring that every customer-facing message is perfectly timed, flawlessly executed, and ready to impact millions of customers. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless execution for a brand that touches lives daily, especially as you navigate the energy of the bustling holiday season.

What You'll Do

  • Mastermind the go-to-market calendar for all email and app campaigns, ensuring flawless launches on the right day and at the ideal moment.
  • Maintain meticulous accuracy and currency of the campaign tracker, serving as the essential source of truth for database and development teams.
  • Facilitate the hand-off of approved creative assets to developers, rigorously confirming each campaign's correct setup before it goes live.
  • Orchestrate the entire proofing and approval workflow with business owners, diligently tracking feedback and ensuring all sign-offs are secured on schedule.
  • Serve as the final guardian of quality by meticulously proofing customer-facing assets for precision, brand voice consistency, and overall accuracy.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with key partner teams, including App, Email Creative, Integrated Marketing, and Database Marketing, to drive unified campaign execution.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly juggling multiple campaigns and navigating tight deadlines, particularly during peak retail periods.
  • Provide essential support for reports and presentations, contributing to strategic insights as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination, or marketing project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex campaign calendars, streamlining proofing workflows, or optimizing approval processes.
  • A strong background in B2C or consumer marketing, coupled with an innate understanding of effective customer-facing tone and messaging.
  • The confidence to proactively ask questions, diligently seek answers, and persistently follow up with stakeholders to keep all deadlines firmly on track.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in every task.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and effective interactions.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to manual processes within a rapidly evolving operational landscape.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and create compelling presentations.
  • **Critical availability throughout the holiday season.** This role is integral to supporting retail peak, making planned time off from November through early January incompatible with the demands of the position.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Litmus (training will be provided to ensure your success).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Airship (training will be provided, as your role focuses on coordination, not campaign building within these tools).
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience gained from an agency or in-house email marketing team.

Why This Role

  • Gain invaluable hands-on experience contributing to a well-known consumer brand's dynamic CRM program during its most impactful season.
  • Join a supportive team dedicated to your growth, providing comprehensive training on essential tools and established processes.
  • As an Aquent contractor, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) options, and paid sick leave. Full details are available at aquent.com.
