Working collaboratively with Client Managers, this individual will develop customer strategies, engage key technology stakeholders, uncover new business initiatives, and position Lenovo's comprehensive infrastructure portfolio across servers, storage, networking, hybrid cloud, edge computing, data management, AI infrastructure, professional services, financing, and consumption-based solutions.

Success in this role requires a highly collaborative and consultative approach, with the ability to influence decisions, build executive relationships, and drive complex sales opportunities without direct account ownership. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, infrastructure domain expertise, and proven success selling enterprise technology solutions in highly competitive environments.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Leaders, Enterprise Architects, Cloud Architects, Data Center Managers, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Conduct joint customer engagements including account planning, technical discovery, executive presentations, business value discussions, solution development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Lead infrastructure opportunity strategy from qualification through close, leveraging Lenovo's broader ecosystem of specialists, architects, services teams, and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop solution proposals that align Lenovo's infrastructure capabilities to customer business outcomes.
  • Maintain alignment with Client Managers regarding account strategy, engagement plans, competitive positioning, opportunity ownership, and customer communications.
  • Create new pipeline by proactively identifying infrastructure opportunities that may not otherwise emerge through traditional account coverage models.
  • Leverage CRM and forecasting tools to maintain pipeline accuracy, opportunity progression, and sales reporting.
  • Share customer insights, infrastructure trends, market intelligence, and competitive knowledge to increase infrastructure selling effectiveness across the broader sales organization.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, profit, pipeline, and strategic growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 5+ years focused on infrastructure solutions sales.
