B&G Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team in Hatfield, PA. In this role, you'll help ensure that materials, products, and documentation meet customer requirements and quality standards. • Review and approve material certifications from vendors to ensure compliance with purchase orders and specifications.

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts for special quality requirements.

• Prepare, review, and approve certification packages for products shipped to customers.

• Review subcontractor purchase orders and certifications for accuracy and compliance.

• Verify production orders contain adequate instructions and meet customer specifications.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve documentation discrepancies and obtain corrections.

• Respond to customer and government agency inquiries regarding quality documentation and deliveries.

• Assist with investigating customer quality complaints and communicating concerns to the QA Supervisor or QA Manager.

• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Quality Assurance Department as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to review documentation carefully and identify discrepancies.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, technical documentation, or certification review is a plus.
