KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, ECC Technology to join our Enterprise Contracting Center TechnologyTeam.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a fundamental understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and supporting contracting systems to perform day-to-day application administration, manage user access permissions, assist with basic system configurations, and provide frontline troubleshooting support to resolve operational issues
  • Assist in gathering, compiling, and documenting business and functional requirements from contracting practitioners; draft user stories, process flows, and basic system use cases to support the design and implementation of application enhancements
  • Support application release cycles and maintenance updates by drafting test scripts, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking defect resolution in coordination with Internal IT QA teams, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for routine inquiries from contracting practitioners, Internal IT, and external software vendors; track support ticket resolution, assist in monitoring system performance, and compile basic operational metrics
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation within daily tasks; assist on small project deliverables, manage assigned deadlines, share knowledge with more junior team members, and perform other duties or project tasks as required
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent progressive experience and familiarity with contract and data management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Experience utilizing generative AI applications, and CLM automated review/reporting features to analyze data, streamline documentation, and support contracting workflows preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with willingness to adapt to new skills and new environments; experience with contract lifecycle management software preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers
