Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical and managerial liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring clear and effective communication to maintain high performance across all contracted services.
Lead post-award activities, including organizing and conducting the kick-off meeting within five business days of the task award, recording detailed minutes, and distributing them to stakeholders within the specified timeline.
