United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County Job Title: Account Manager (Union) Status: Full-Time Department: Resource Development - Corporate Engagement Grade: 26 Date Prepared: 09/24/2026 FLSA Status: Exempt SUMMARY This position is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners, growing campaign revenue, securing new gifts, and engaging corporate leaders, donors, volunteers, and other key stakeholders in support of United Way's mission. This role manages a portfolio of corporate accounts and plays a key role in developing fundraising strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, strengthening corporate partnerships, and delivering an exceptional experience for donors and community partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and a quick learner who brings a professional presence, develops innovative ideas, and can successfully turn strategies into action. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder at all levels and strategic thinker who is energized by achieving results and creating meaningful partnerships ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and EXPECTED PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/OUTCOMES include the following.
