Job Objective:

Kettle Coordinator is responsible for performing daily tasks necessary for running the Red Kettle Campaign

Essential Functions:

• Overseeing kettle drivers, routes and schedules
• Fill in for kettle drivers
• Verifying and printing bell ringer schedules
• Recruit volunteers
• Managing paid bell ringers and schedules using Golden volunteer platform
• Contacting via phone volunteer and paid bell ringers for reminders
• Organizing kettle pick-ups and tracking of kettle location.
• Assist in the kettle counting process
• Maintain inventory of kettle supplies
• Must be able to work as assigned without time off during kettle season

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications: Valid Wisconsin driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier required.

Experience: Dealing with people in a customer service or sales role
