The IW Plan Compliance Associate is responsible for performing compliance services for qualified retirement plans of low to moderate complexity. This position applies technical knowledge of retirement plan administration and governmental regulations to prepare compliance testing, government reporting, correction calculations, and related client deliverables. The Associate serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, develops working relationships with plan sponsors, and identifies issues requiring escalation. The position is expected to work independently with review and coaching, mentor Analysts, and contribute to departmental process improvements while continuing to expand technical knowledge. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2-4 years of retirement plan administration, compliance, trust, accounting, or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
