Color Graphics Designer - Apparel

We are seeking a highly creative Color Graphics Designer to support an apparel color design team on upcoming projects. This role will focus heavily on the coloring and refinement of graphic artwork, working within established creative direction and pre-developed color palettes while bringing a strong point of view around color, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.

This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who combines strong graphic design capabilities with an elevated color sensibility and taste level and is comfortable working across everything from logos and simpler graphics to highly creative and complex artwork.

Experience: 3+ years

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Apply color to a wide range of graphic artwork for lifestyle apparel.
• Work within established creative direction, seasonal concepts, and pre-developed color palettes.
• Edit, manipulate, and refine existing graphic files and imagery.
• Support graphics ranging from logos and simple treatments to complex, highly creative artwork.
• Partner closely with apparel color design and creative team members to execute project needs.
• Translate creative direction into polished, visually compelling graphic solutions.
• Develop presentations that clearly communicate creative concepts, color decisions, and design thinking.
• Manage detailed, directive design assignments while maintaining creativity and a high level of execution.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• 3+ years of professional experience in color graphics, graphic design, or a closely related discipline.
• Graphic design experience within apparel, industrial design, web/digital design, or related creative environments.
• Strong understanding of color theory, color application, and visual composition.
• Elevated taste level and strong understanding of lifestyle-oriented design.
• Ability to work across a diverse range of graphic styles and levels of complexity.
• Experience manipulating existing graphic files, imagery, and artwork.
• Ability to work effectively with established color palettes and creative direction.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Quick thinker who can confidently respond to changing creative needs.
• Ability to clearly present and communicate creative work.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Miro, Vizcom, and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Strong presentation-building skills.

A portfolio is required and will be an important part of the selection process. Portfolios should demonstrate:

• Strong and intentional use of color.
• A diverse range of graphic artwork and design styles.
• Examples ranging from logo work to more complex creative graphics.
• Personal or exploratory projects that demonstrate creative range.
• Clear examples of technical and creative competency.
• Process descriptions and storytelling that explain the thinking behind the work and how concepts developed from idea through final execution.

Experience within a major apparel, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment is highly preferred.
