Graphic Designer 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Graphic Designer to join our client's dynamic team, focusing on production art for apparel. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into production-ready designs, playing a critical part in the development of basketball signature athlete products. Your meticulous eye for detail and extensive technical knowledge will ensure that every design element, from logos to trims, meets the highest standards of quality and manufacturability. You will contribute to key initiatives by owning the design process from start to finish, collaborating with a team dedicated to design excellence and innovation in digital apparel design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production-ready apparel graphics, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity.
• Create detailed technical schematics for logos, trims, and other graphic elements for factory production.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to translate creative concepts into executable production art, particularly for signature athlete and fashion-forward apparel.
• Manage the end-to-end process of graphic design and production art, demonstrating clear ownership of each stage.
• Contribute to the innovation of apparel production techniques and digital design workflows.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Art for Apparel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience as a senior-level apparel production artist.
• Demonstrated experience working with signature athlete products and the fashion side of apparel.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design experience and technical schematic expertise for logos and trims, with clear examples of process ownership from start to finish.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with technical graphic design for apparel products, including creating schematics for factory production.
• Proficiency in screen printing on apparel, trims for apparel, color separations for screen-printing, all-over print, printing design, and supplementation.
• Production art experience in footwear and accessories.
• Interest or experience with 3D design, CLO software, and Ai tools.
• Previous experience within the industry.
