Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist supports the Division Marketing Leads in the Florida region and assists in the execution of the annual marketing plan to contribute to the successful achievement of the division's business plan goals.The Marketing Specialist will:

• Serve as marketing resource for the Division Marketing Leads in the Florida Region
• In conjunction with Division Marketing Leads, strategically plan the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing efforts to include incentive promotions, community marketing and agent outreach
• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing collateral and campaign materials; ensure adherence to brand standards
• Perform periodic website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-date; provide strategic suggestions for marketing positioning and content
• Support divisional, regional and national marketing initiatives including special projects as requested
• Assist with coordination of planning and execution of agent events
• Assist with content planning and posting on division social media channels
• Responsible for some departmental administrative tasks including vendor set-up and contracting

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail; ability to write copy, edit and proofread materials for grammar and content.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media platforms
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), eblast systems, photo editing, website management systems, content management systems; Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus
• Results-oriented, highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines, often with frequent interruptions and changing circumstances, in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Experience managing relationships with marketing-related vendors
• Self-directed; takes initiative, proactively addresses challenges
• Strong team player with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel to Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and South Florida markets as needed
