The Recruiter will join Vantor's corporate Talent Acquisition team with a primary focus on recruiting for Engineering and Product Management roles.

This is a technical recruiting role, but not a narrowly defined functional seat. In addition to software and product hiring, the Recruiter will support other parts of the business as priorities change, including engineering, satellite operations, GTM, corporate functions, and other specialized roles.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical recruiting experience, sound judgment in competitive talent markets, and the flexibility to operate as a generalist when needed. They will own searches from intake through offer acceptance and build effective partnerships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, infrastructure, and related technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, research, and other appropriate channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish interview plans, and assess market conditions.
• Help interview teams evaluate technical and functional qualifications consistently.
• Personally manage a meaningful requisition load from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Provide recruiting support across satellite operations, GTM, corporate functions, and other areas as business needs change.
• Support hiring across regions and time zones as needed, including Vantor's growing international business.

• Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on talent availability, compensation, location, competition, and recruiting strategy.
• Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication, follow-through, and practical market insight.
• Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience.
• Manage candidate communication, process updates, offer discussions, and closing activity.
• Support executive and other high-priority searches as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, assessment practices, technology, and the use of AI in Talent Acquisition.
• Support the effective use of agencies, vendors, sourcing tools, and talent platforms.
• Share market and recruiting insights that help improve how the team measures its impact.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience recruiting technical talent.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for software development, product management, engineering, data, or related technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a complex, fast-paced organization.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruiting and assessment strategies.
• Comfortable supporting multiple functions and shifting between specialized technical recruiting and broader generalist hiring needs.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience.
• Comfortable using recruiting data and market information to guide decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace, space, defense, intelligence, or another technically complex industry.
• Experience supporting global or international recruiting.
• Experience managing agency relationships or external search partners.
• Familiarity with recruiting technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting cleared or clearance-eligible talent.

This is a hybrid role based in Westminster, Colorado, with three days onsite per week.

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
