Job Title: HR Coordinator - II Location: 2002 N. Tampa Street, Tampa, FL, 33602 Duration: 6 Months Description: Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems. Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes. Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams. Administering separation-related documentation (e.g., termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms). Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process. 2-3 years of experience in HR operations. Bachelor's Degree required.
