Work Model: This role is an onsite position at our Madison, WI location.

First Business Bank is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated financial professional with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to grow their advisory career while working with an existing portfolio of clients.

Unlike many advisor roles that require you to build a business from the ground up, you'll be provided with a book of business and client opportunities to help accelerate relationship development and asset growth. You'll focus on deepening client relationships, delivering financial guidance, and expanding existing investment relationships through proactive outreach and financial planning conversations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of Emerging Wealth clients.
• Conduct financial reviews and help clients achieve goals related to investing, retirement, education planning, and wealth accumulation.
• Proactively contact clients and prospects within an established book of business to uncover opportunities and grow assets under management.
• Recommend investment, advisory, retirement, and insurance solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Partner closely with bankers and Private Wealth team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage, or investment advisory.
• Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 66 licenses required.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting client outreach.
• Interest in financial planning, investments, and wealth management.
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
