Market Leader Chambersburg, PA We are seeking a strategic Market Leader to lead and grow our Chambersburg, PA market, overseeing operations across Chambersburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD. This leader will drive operational excellence, team development, client growth, and recruiting performance while serving as the primary leader for a team supporting major logistics and distribution customers. Your Opportunity
- Lead branch operations across Chambersburg, PA and Hagerstown, MD, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational performance.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development for a team of recruiters, fostering accountability, engagement, and growth.
- Partner with the team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver recruiting results that support business growth.
- Establish structure, processes, and performance expectations that drive consistency and results.
- Partner closely with sales and recruiting teams to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase applicant traffic, improve recruiting pipelines, and strengthen order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular onsite visits, business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Serve as a visible leader who is comfortable engaging with clients, applicants, and internal stakeholders.
- Own financial and operational performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, credit, and collections.
- Promote brand awareness through community involvement, networking, and market engagement.
- Drive a culture focused on teamwork, positive morale, accountability, and achieving goals together.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and support long-term growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Staffing industry experience.
- 4+ years of leadership, operations, staffing, or workforce management experience.
- Strong recruiting background with a demonstrated ability to lead recruiting strategy and execution.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term business growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure and drive accountability.
- Excellent client-facing skills and confidence building relationships.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
- High energy, adaptable, and driven by helping teams succeed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexible to support business needs, including occasional Saturday rotations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
