This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

About the Role:

The Parts & Aftermarket Business National Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth across aftermarket parts distributor channels by developing customer partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and executing strategies that increase sales and market share. This role uses business insights, market intelligence, and customer feedback to strengthen channel performance, optimize product and inventory strategies, and enhance the customer experience. The National Account Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations to deliver business plans, promotions, training, and aftermarket solutions that support long-term growth. Success in this role requires strong communication, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans and channel strategies that drive profitable growth across aftermarket parts distributor accounts.
• Build and manage customer relationships through onsite visits, business reviews, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Analyze sales performance, purchasing activity, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Evaluate market and competitive insights to recommend new products, services, promotions, and channel expansion opportunities.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through, and SKU-level performance to identify gaps and recommend stocking and product strategies.
• Review order, pricing, and transaction activity to identify business exceptions, lost-sales opportunities, and process improvements.
• Develop and execute parts and service promotions, customer training, and brand awareness initiatives to increase engagement and revenue.
• Manage and enhance digital aftermarket tools and customer-facing resources, including product content, promotions, pricing visibility, and related business information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business analytics, distribution, inventory planning, or a related business function.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, service organizations, or other customer-facing sales channels.
• Experience analyzing sales, inventory, and market data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, or similar business analytics and reporting tools.
