• Compensation Range - based on experience: $$252,660 (10th percentile) to $375,133 (75th percentile). Two year guarantee

A Brief Overview:
As a Endeavor Health Physician, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized psychiatric care to patients experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Your expertise and commitment to improving the mental well-being of our patients are essential to our mission.

What you will do:

• 34 hours clinical time and 6 hours of administrative time
• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and medical histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients with various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes, using a patient-centered and recovery-oriented approach.
• Administering and managing psychotropic medications and therapies, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
• Participating in case conferences, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions to review patient progress and provide recommendations for care.
• Educating and supporting patients and their families, promoting mental health awareness and providing resources for coping and self-management.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development and training.

• MD/DO Required
• Illinois medical license active or pending
• Illinois
• control substance license active or pending
• DEA registration required
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Required
