Advanced Performance Detector Location: Sturbridge, MA Pay Range: 25.00 - $27.00/Hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where your technical skills and attention to detail make a difference? Job Duties Perform electrical testing on electronic components and assemblies using oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, and other test equipment Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures Record test results and production data accurately Troubleshoot and repair failed units when needed Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality Prepare completed products for shipment, including packaging and labeling Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Support quality improvement and production efficiency initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical training or electronics experience preferred Ability to use electronic testing equipment Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, scientific, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance This is a contract assignment covering a medical leave for approximately 3-4 months, with the potential for long-term opportunities for strong performers.
