Now Hiring Field Service Engineer - Direct Hire Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus potential Travel: Up to 50% Are you an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working directly with customers? Join a growing team where you'll play a key role in keeping critical automation and control systems operating at peak performance while building your expertise with advanced industrial technologies. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission industrial automation and control systems Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, networking, and system integration issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer equipment Support hardware installation, instrumentation wiring, loop checks, and startup activities Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records Deliver customer training and technical presentations Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues Travel to customer sites and provide occasional after-hours support as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience with process control systems Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS platforms, and industrial networking Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
