Productivity Representative

Education Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Accounting certification or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting practices.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or accounting experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience reconciling accounts, banking transactions, and financial records.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting customer accounts, financial inquiries, and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and case management tools preferred.

• Experience supporting franchise, multi-location, retail, or service-based business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide effective resolutions.

Physical Capabilities

Job Duties

• Review and support weekly account statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Process financial transactions, including payments, credits, adjustments, and account updates.
• Reconcile bank transactions, accounting records, and financial ledgers.
• Respond to accounting-related inquiries from customers and internal departments, providing timely support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and open cases within the CRM system.
• Assist with transaction research, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational, compliance, and financial objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to departmental goals and service excellence.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
