This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and understand production drawings. Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. Experience Requirements Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, woodworking, or general labor is preferred but not required. Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus. On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Ability to work safely while meeting production goals. Job Duties Assemble wooden roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber and construction plans. Read and interpret blueprints, truss drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly. Select, position, and secure materials using hand tools and power tools. Inspect completed trusses to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain production records and communicate material or quality issues to supervisors.
