SUMMARY:

Leads Brown Health's enterprise gift administration program, ensuring gifts are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with donor intent, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Establishes service standards and quality controls supportingtimelygift entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve enterprise service standards for gift processing accuracy and turnaround.
  • Maintain compliance with gift acceptance policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.
  • Delivertimelyreconciliation and reporting in partnership with Finance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise gift administration operations, including giftintake and handling,CRMprocessing, adjustments, reconciliation, documentation, and financial controls.
  • Develop policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, and service level expectationsin partnership with Data staff.
  • Serve asprimaryliaison with Financeregardingreconciliation, audits, fund administration, and gift compliance.
  • Produce andmaintainPledge Aging reports for review with fundraisers to assessrisk and write off needsin accordance withfinancial policies.
  • Oversee funds,campaigns, and appealscreationneeds in CRM foraccurateandtimelyentry of gifts.
  • Monitor workload, staffing, service levels, and departmental performance metrics.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and operational quality.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop gift administration staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+years of advancement services, gift administration, finance, or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of gift processing, financial controls, and nonprofit compliance.

Pay Range:

$100,027.20-$165,048.00
