E-3G DRAGON Pilot Instructor

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated E-3G Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Pilot Instructor to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires providing E-3G pilot instruction, evaluating aircrew performance, and maintaining safe and standardized training operations. This position is contingent upon award. Core Duties:

* Provide E-3G DRAGON pilot academic, simulator, and flight instruction as assigned

* Prepare and conduct briefings, instructional events, evaluations, debriefings, and remediation using approved courseware and procedures

* Evaluate student knowledge, aircraft handling, crew coordination, emergency procedures, and mission performance

* Maintain required aircraft, instructor, medical, security, and training qualifications and currency

* Apply risk-management and flight-safety requirements throughout training operations

* Support the development, validation, and revision of pilot courseware and training materials
